Jake and I had been married for over two years but I had yet to do much with our wedding photos. We have some of them framed, but had SO many pictures from that day that I knew I wanted to do more. But every time I’d think about it I’d either change my mind about what to do with them or I’d just get overly stressed about it. After all, photo books can become expensive very quickly, and we had so many pictures that I couldn’t find a photo book big enough for all of them. I had printed some of the pictures out and thought about putting them in a photo album, but wasn’t too excited about that option either.
So, it’s probably a good thing that I had waited two years. Because by the time I found out about Blurb photo books, I wasn’t so attached to every SINGLE picture, and felt more comfortable about sorting through and choosing the best and most important pictures for the photo book.

I had no problem fitting all of my favorite pictures into this photo book. I think I ended up with around 80 pages, with some pages having two pictures on them. The process of making the photo book was very easy. You upload your photos to Blurb and then drag and drop them into the photo book! There’s also an option to have Blurb place them all for you, but I’m too picky to do that ;) There were also many different options available for arranging the photos on each page, but I stuck to just two different layouts.
Which brings me to the one complaint that I had about the process. I would drag and drop the first photo onto the page and by default that photo would fill the page. So if you only want one photo on the page, you’d be done. On some pages I wanted two photos, so I’d drag and drop the second photo. It always defaults to the same two-photo layout, which wasn’t the one I was using. So each time I wanted to put two photos on a page I’d have to go back through the layout list to choose the one I was using. It’s not hard to do, but when you’re making an 80 page book it ends up taking a lot of time.
When my Blurb photo book arrived I was absolutely in love with it! I opted for a hard cover with matte pages and a thicker paper. The quality is unbelievable! I love the look and feel of the entire book and just can’t believe how great it turned out. The fact that it was our wedding photos made me a little nervous, but it’s perfect!
Great news! One lucky reader of Three P’s in a Pod is going to win a $75 coupon code toward their very own Blurb photo book! This will more than cover an 80 page hardback photo book just like mine! Enter using the Rafflecopter form below. Good luck!

Depending on if the coupon code ends it will either be our wedding or our family.

It would def be about my family and kids, I can’t help but make a bunch of photo books about them.
I love these kinds of photo books, and I’ve never had one from Blurb. Definitely prefer the hardcover. Yours is beautiful!
My photo book would be about my daughter!
It would be about my family mainly my nieces and nephews.
I assume the winner hasn’t been drawn yet?
Phaedra,
The winner was drawn and I was waiting on confirmation. Which I received last night. Thanks for entering :)
